Blackstart Mode
“Blackstart” mode in a solar battery system is a specialized functionality that allows the solar inverter and battery to restart automatically during a grid outage, even if the battery has been completely drained.
Blackout Mode
Blackout mode is a feature that allows your solar system to continue providing electricity to your home during a grid power outage. While standard grid-tied solar systems automatically shut down during a blackout for safety, a system with blackout functionality disconnects from the grid and uses stored battery energy to power your home independently.
Backup Mode & Smart Charging
The SAJ system includes Backup Mode, allowing the battery to be charged from the grid when solar generation is insufficient. This can be useful during cloudy weather and extreme heat when air-conditioning demand increases.
